Ray has traveled to Ottawa, Toronto, Seattle, Minneapolis, Chicago, New York, Paris and to the Venice Bienalle to see classiscal and contemporary art. His work has been especially influenced by contemporary installation artists, notably American artist Robert Irwin. While Ray has worked in various art mediums including painting and drawing, his primary interest lies in art installations. He currently works from his studio in the Fairfield area of Victoria. |
